A former Underwater Systems expert in the Royal Navy, Neil has since carved out a successful business career both in the UK and Australia.
Following a stint selling industrial consumable products to the automotive and manufacturing industries, Neil has spent the last several decades working in leadership roles in the human capital solutions sector. He has gained considerable experience in setting up businesses, overseeing large business units for global firms and provided consulting services on a broad range of projects. Neil is passionately driven to help people and companies increase sales revenue and operate more efficiently, understanding key business drivers whilst cutting through red tape to set simple, achievable goals, with the big picture in mind.
Neil is also an MBA Entrepreneurship EIP Advisory Council member with the University of Technology Sydney. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Practice (EIP) is a MBAe subject that connects students with businesses seeking to address a real strategic business challenge. Neil sits on the Advisory Council which consists of other senior industry executives, and provides students with constructive feedback on their projects before they are shared with their clients.
Working within some of the most competitive of sectors and through the toughest of business cycles, Neil has rapidly transformed a number of SME and Enterprise businesses, to reposition these entities for profitable growth.
