Highly accomplished senior executive and leader with both broad strategic and deep operational experience in both private and government sectors. Previously General Manager for 15 years of the Perth division of Southern Cross Media, ASX listed and Australia’s largest broadcasting company. This position, held for 15 years, covered all areas of business management. Substantial experience and success in leading and driving a business in a competitive and changing landscape encompassing areas as diverse as Brand management, business development, marketing including digital marketing, strategic communications, risk management, compliance, HR and finance management.

Previous senior executive service (SES) roles in Government with the Western Australian Government as General Manager of EventsCorp, the State’s major event agency; and the Victorian Government as Director of Marketing and Communications for Small Business Victoria and before that as Director of Public Affairs for a mega government department. Experience in government policy and communications in portfolios such as tourism, small business, planning and infrastructure. Roles involved encompassed all forms of community engagement and reputation management.

Linda is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters Degree in Communications.
