As a leadership trailblazer who put courage into action to achieve significant 'firsts' in her career, Mandy now inspires both men and women to be courageous in the way they lead themselves and others.

Starting her career as an audit junior straight from school at one of the Big Eight Accounting Firms she blazed a leadership trail to become the first female partner in Australia at PKF (now BDO). Later admitted as a partner at KPMG, Sydney, she became the first partner to take paid maternity leave (they wrote the policy days before she went off on leave). Mandy has blazed the trail for the many female partners who now take maternity leave and return to a part time partner role.

This career success was anchored in her strong business skills, ability to develop trusted relationships and the courage she brought when expressing her leadership mastery while consistently challenging the status quo.

Becoming the intolerable conflict in the partnership equilibrium she departed to co-found Courageous Leaders in 2002 where she now inspires both men and women, young and old to cultivate their courageous leadership skills and mindset. They are encouraged to develop a leadership legacy grounded in the significance of both performance and people. She works with a highly varied client base including APRA, Sanitarium, Specsavers, Pandora, The Iconic, APP, WSP, CountPlus, TAL, CBRE. She starts with the top team and works her way through the leadership ranks.

Mandy published her book in 2011 – Inspiring Courageous Leaders.
