Rebecca has over 25 years senior business experience, as a CEO and successful entrepreneur. She brings valuable insights and knowledge on leadership and management challenges faced by both larger and smaller organisations.
She held senior corporate positions at Ford Motor Company, both in Australia and Detroit. Her diverse roles covered sales, marketing, finance and government relations. Rebecca brought key strategic and tactical thinking to brand development, product launches, distribution and organisational efficiency.
As GM - Sales for Ford, she grew revenue from $2.8 billion to $4 billion by restructuring the dealer network, successful product launches, managing revenue and motivating her team of 120 employees, 240 dealerships and their staff.
As GM - Marketing for Ford, she focused on brand strategy and managed a $110 million budget to drive sales through industry leading initiatives.
In 2008, she was recruited as CEO by Macquarie Leasing to lead a JV start-up - Jivve Pty Ltd. Over 150 service providers were engaged nationally, providing an integrated car buying service for clients of Macquarie Leasing’s $2 billion acquisition of automotive financiers FCAL Aust and GMAC Aust.
She has also held a board position on The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.Currently Rebecca operates her own consulting business (HeathMartin) providing top level strategic advice on a wide range of business issues, working with clients to identify realistic, achievable and measurable goals.
An avid dog lover, she also has an online retail business (Remy and Co.) specialising in designer dog collars and leads. She is a part owner and a director of The Duck Inn, Chippendale.
